Niklas Spitz is a skilled massage therapist and intuitive healer offering a deep bodywork experience, utilising disciplines from ancient cultures to contemporary healing practices.
Integrative Body Therapy sessions facilitate the recipient’s innate capacity to heal through deep relaxation – letting go – and thus homeostasis. A session on the table, or on the futon, may include varied soft and deep tissue manipulation; rhythmic techniques to reconnect disassociated parts of the whole through the autonomic nervous system; dynamic stretches, meridian pressure points, muscular and skeletal manipulation, and balancing chi or energy flow. The aim is to bring the recipient to a state of integrity and facilitate positive change – physiologically, emotionally, psycho-spiritually – according to what is presenting during each session.
Niklas has been a certified shiatsu practitioner since 1995 (London) and a licensed massage therapist in California since 1998 (Esalen Institute, Post Ranch Inn, Ventana Inn, and private practices.) He has traveled and trained extensively between England, Thailand, Japan and California.
He is currently in El Pescadero, BCS, Mexico.
